Amazon Alexa
Brief
Amazon needed new Alexa features to land without sounding like an instruction manual. The ask: make smart-home voice tech feel simple, immediate and part of the daily routine.
Our role
We cast the creators, wrote the concepts and produced the paid UGC library that the media team tested and scaled across Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
How we did itHousehold research · 18 creators vetted and contracted · Devices shipped, demos reviewed · Hooks refreshed as winners emerged
What we made
- 18 vetted UGC creators
- 42 original 9:16 video concepts
- 126 paid-ready assets
- 100% digital ad usage rights: Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Cast lifestyle, family and tech-adjacent creators who show Alexa as a habit, not hardware.
- Hooks built on real moments: morning routines, cooking chaos, WFH, bedtime.
- Unscripted-feeling demos: real questions, instant answers, natural reactions.
- A modular library of 3-second hooks so the media team could test pain points by audience.
Hooks we tested
- “I had no idea my Echo could do this until yesterday.”
- “3 things I tell Alexa every morning that save me 20 minutes.”
- “How we actually get dinner and bedtime done without screaming.”
- “Smart home gadgets that are actually worth having on your counter.”
